Madison and Frown put on a performance of their hit single “Avian Flu” for millions of screaming fans.
This video is about sandwich theft. Crime doesn’t pay.
This is the first part of a new series called Ask Jared, which features questions you write to Jared answered by Jared. Jared answers a question from German exchange student Max Nino in this episode.
This rap video was for an environmental science project, but it was so good we thought we had to throw it into the videos section rather than extras. The rap outlines a patient with lead poisoning and his experience at the doctor.
Call him a legend, call him an enigma, call him what you will: Willie Hartzell does not play around. Joey Martin reports on the one so many want to be.
One Friday night, Reynolds left his bass at Madison’s house. He tried to go pick it up, but got a bit sidetracked on the way. Actually he got a lot sidetracked. A Flickr gallery will be posted soon with detailed pictures of the results.
Madison took Lowell’s camera to New York right near Halloween and got a lot of pointless footy. He then did what he’s best at: assembled it into a pointless montage demonstrating the beauty of city. No color correction this time…sorry.
This is the second installment to the Arte series. This video was shot predominately in summer of 06. The pristine color is once again due to heavy color enhancements.
Andrew and Lowell were able to convince Joey to let them videotape his first time ever. This is a video that will be cherished in the Martin family for ages. Joey will never forget this moment.
Robert Thompson was brought into existence by Joey and Lowell. Robert is a down to Earth train conductor that lives a simple life. But one late summer day, events caused him to become something great. He really is something great.
Err…checkers…both? Edwin and Madison can’t really decide either. I think Batman is in the room too….
Something odd is going on with Madison. Lowell can’t figure it out. Was that camera in the fridge? Is Madison actually wearing anything? None of those questions will be answered and will be left for your common sense to decide! Other questions, however, will be answered. Take a peek.
Joey and Lowell had a bag of those little gun powder filled, tissue wrapped exploding balls and decided to throw them at each other. They didn’t actually do it in slow motion, that was done in the editing stage….
The first in what is to be an ongoing series of short clips. Edwin and Madison play a game…a game that turns out deadly…..
Here’s the ad that was up on the front page before the site came out. It took Madison approximately 8 hours to edit this 30 second clip. Pretty sad huh.
Shot in, you guessed it, March of 2006 in Paris. This video was made by Ariel Rubin (Joel Rubin’s brother) on his trip to Paris during the riots of 2006. This is the only video on this webpage that may fall under the “social commentary” category. Ariel does a fantastic job of showing the uproars in ways no one saw on TV. Definitely worth a watch.
Filmed over the course of a year, this video was compiled with footage Madison shot on trips or in between shoots for other CANS videos. The color quality can be attributed to the meticulous color correction put on each clip that is absent from other CANS Videos (because it takes hours).
What is a Lazer Viking you ask? Why, Lowell is a Lazer Viking! Still confused? Simply watch this video and your questions as to what a Lazer Viking is will vanish!
In an effort to win back his country’s land in the name of his king, General Cousteau wages a valiant battle with the opposition. Headed by General Bonapart, the enemy is no easy victory. It comes into question whether it will be a victory at all….
If there are three letters that define nerd, they are LAN. Local Area Network. In this, the sixth Issue of the CANS Video Magazine, 9 aspiring nerds complete their transformation to nerd-dom. Unfortunately they didn’t know what they were doing and it took hours to set up.
Anyone who mattered at Enloe in the 05-06 year had Audio II first and second period. This video was filmed in that class and displays just why anyone who mattered took the class. We got work done in that class sometimes.
Everyone’s done this, but not as well as is demonstrated here. This was filmed on a boring, sweltering, air conditionless day. Lowell did the paint job, Madison did the talking.
Lowell, despite being half the size of Patrick, decided to challenge him to a sumo wrestle battle. It was a battle for the ages. See the results in this video.
Joe thought it’d be great if we knocked him out. We did it. Don’t try it yourself. But it was really funny.
This video relives the long series of events leading to Joey’s second party. Along with being one of the most extensively planned videos in the Video Magazine series, this video was also one of the longest issues.
Issue 3.5 is to Issue Three as Amnesiac is to Kid A. In other words, Issue 3.5 was filmed at the same time as Issue Three, but for creative reasons was divided into a seperate video.
Madison ventured to New Hampshire to visit Lowell at boarding school. Turns out Lowell has a bangin pad so the cribs crew came on over and filmed this little diddy.
Ever play the classic game, Snake? Ever play it…with people?
This video recaps the unrelated events leading up to a party Joey had. Its pretty clever.
This video began what would evolve into the slighty dysfunctional CANS Video Magazine. This particular issue has no theme, rather it is just a collage of awesome footage.
